To update Saturday night’s aggravated assault case: 20 year old Alfonso Nelson of Brunswick was awakened in his home by 19 year old Jeanna Johnson as she was stabbing him. It was reported that the pair had been arguing for several days. Nelson was transported to Southeast Georgia Health System then to Memorial Health in Savannah. He had been stabbed in the stomach and arm. Johnson is under arrest for criminal attempted murder, aggravated assault and aggravated battery.
