Scott was asked the above a few minutes ago.
"a pint's a pound the world around"
Not all materials, like heavy metals. But a pint of something is a pound in weight, for a lot of things. A gallon of water is 8 pints, and it is 8 pounds. Milk will be a little more in weight, gasoline will be a little less. A 5 gal bucket of water is 40 pounds. When I am planting my garden and I read I need 2 pounds of fertilizer for such and such, I know my 16oz Red Solo cup will hold a pound.
They also talked about depression and if it is a mental illness. IMO, it is. Within that mental illness I think we have chronic depression and acute depression. A person who has been bipolar for decades, they have chronic depression. Someone who just lost their spouse, they may have acute depression. Both mental illnesses though. All my opinion only, meaning I did not google. lol
